In 2009, MTZ started independent electronic music art creation. His outstanding individual melody made him recognized by the domestic pioneer electronic music label and signed to release records in a short time. And started a national tour in 2010. In 2012, he founded Changsha's first new media visual art group M.C.T.L. The team's scope includes light and shadow visual installations/offline music party scene design/MV, etc.

What is the thing that connects reality to those most wonderful space of fantasy?

The medium that connects reality to the virtual world is always, and ultimately, light. In the 380,000th year after the Big Bang, photons broke through the chaos and crossed the universe, passing through irises, time and space, bringing life and vitality. We stand at the coordinates of the future and look into the deep space, and with the answers that light brings, we can gaze into the past of time.

Facing all artistic aesthetics related to nature and heritage, I hope to experiment with a new technical carrier, extracting symbols from reality and fusing them with contemporary digital art to produce a form that crosses time and breaks space, as if allowing two parallel worlds to intersect, and with the help of technology and light, bringing the fused objects in this "digital universe" into the real world through light and shadow, thus linking the ancient and the modern the virtual and the real.

Through a prism, the sunlight can refract a spectrum of colors. Based on this, our perspective can become a kaleidoscope of constantly evolving changes, enabling us go beyond the flatness and shallowness. Even beyond this, there is the invisible light that does not correspond to our vision, that is hidden in plain sight but still generates energy and frequency. In modern era, we are not surprised to perceive all visible and invisible lights are being used in forms of media art to make, create, and display.

To borrow from Miłosz in a new context, "I am an inhabitant of an ideal country that exists not so much in space as in time”.

究竟是什么在连接着现实与人类最美妙的那些幻想空间？

连接现实与虚拟世界的媒介，归根结底仍然是光。大爆炸之后的第38万年，光子冲破混沌，跨越宇宙，穿过虹膜、时间、空间，带来生命与生机。我们站在未来的坐标上望向太空深处，借着光带来的答案，得以凝视时间上的过去。

面对所有与自然、传承相关的艺术美学，我希望能够尝试一种新的技术载体，从现实中提炼符号，将之与当代数字艺术融合，产生某种跨越时间、打破空间的形式，就像让两个平行世界得以产生交汇，并借助科技与光的作用，将这“数字宇宙”中的融合物体通过光影搬入现实世界，由此串联起古今、虚实。

透过一片棱镜，太阳光能够折射出七彩光谱，以此为基础，我们的视角能够产生万花筒般的千变万化，走出平面与狭窄。但在此之外，还有不可见的光与我们的视觉并不对应，它隐匿在众目睽睽之下，却仍然不断产生着能量与频率。在现代，我们已对此见怪不怪，数字艺术运用的就是所有可见与不可见的光，去制造、创造，并将之呈现。

用新的语境借用米沃什：“我是一个理想国的居民，这个国度与其说存在于空间，不如说存在于时间里。”
