WHERE EXHIBITION IS HOSTED
Museum of Waste (MoW) is a place for independent experimental art practice, rethinking what is useless and wasteful and the definition of art. It activates the creative energy of young people, enlivens the atmosphere of the venue, provides a base for young artists to actively experiment and practice art, and draws on the strengths of multiple parties to create a curatorial and experimental platform and resource center. MoW is converting an industrial landscape into an environmental art project. From human-centered design to living philosophy, upon hearing about MoW, all questions are welcome here, together with MoW, we turn questions into art. MoW is a resource center that opens for collaborative projects and actively attempts to confront future technology and industry through art and questions, open the discussions on sustainability and various issues in the world today. Relying on existing sustainable community, artist residency, research education and technological hardware, the integration of domestic and foreign resources, forming a diversified urban arts and culture ecosystem.
